Aleabrax Systems warrants that their products (including any component comprised in the products) are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for the periods described for that particular product commencing from the date of installation.

It is the requirement of the licensed contractor to provide the warranty registration report to Aleabrax Systems within 7 days of the installation.
* Tank heat exchanger warranty is pro-rata.
** For the condensing heater range, the standard heat exchanger warranty is 2 years. This will be extended to 5 years upon receipt of the commissioning report (within 7 days of the installation).

Servicing
Aleabrax Systems recommends that all installations are serviced and maintained by a qualified person to the manufacturers’ instructions.
A maintenance program should be put in place with scheduled servicing occurring at least every six months.
Servicing will ensure that warranty requirements are met and that the efficiency, effectiveness, safety and longevity of the appliance/s are maximised.
Please ensure that all services reports and water quality records are maintained and available to ensure warranty conditions are met.
